Who we are

What data we collect
When you fill in the quote form
We ask for your name, organisation, email address and phone number and, optionally, the type of organisation, the number of stores, the languages and start date you want, how music is played now and any further details. We use this data only to contact you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request for a quote.
When you email or call us
We keep your message and contact details so we can answer your question and follow up on the conversation.
When you visit the website
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used: which pages are viewed, which audio clips are played and whether the quote form is submitted. This helps us improve the site. Without your consent, we measure nothing.
How long we keep data
We keep requests and contact details for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data we need for our accounts for as long as the law requires, usually seven years. Data in Google Analytics is deleted automatically after fourteen months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a hosting provider to run this website, and Google for statistics. Google may process data outside the European Union; this is done under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We have agreements on security and confidentiality with every party that processes data on our behalf.

On your first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you choose "No thanks", we do not place them.

We do not place advertising or tracking cookies from third parties. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You have the right of access to the data we hold about you, and the right to rectification or erasure of that data. You can object to its use, ask us to restrict its processing, or request your data under the right to data portability. To do so, email info@retailradio.nl; we respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website runs entirely over a secure connection (https). Data from the form is accessible only to the people handling your request.
Changes
If we update this statement, the date at the top will change.
